By accessing our website, placing an order, or using The Little Cafe mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
The Little Cafe operates food preparation and delivery services from our locations in Ntinda and Bugolobi, Kampala, Uganda. Our services include:
We operate Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the following morning.
When placing an order you agree that:
We accept mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money) and cash on delivery. Payment is due at the time of delivery or pickup. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be confirmed.
We aim to deliver all orders within 25 minutes of confirmation, subject to distance and demand. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:
We currently deliver within Kampala. If your address falls outside our delivery zone, we will notify you as soon as possible. Delivery is available to residential and commercial addresses.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 5 minutes of being placed. Once your order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, cancellations may not be accepted.
If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion. Refunds for mobile money payments are processed within 3–5 business days.
We take food safety seriously and prepare all meals in accordance with Ugandan food safety standards. However, our kitchen handles a wide variety of ingredients including common allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.
If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please inform us when placing your order. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.
Our mobile application is available for Android and iOS. By downloading and using the app you agree to:
We may update the app from time to time to add features or fix issues. We recommend keeping your app updated to the latest version.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Little Cafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to delays, errors in orders, or issues arising from third-party delivery partners.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
